Terms of Service

Effective: April 3, 2026

These Terms govern your use of Ailetter’s GlobalBiz Drafter — an AI-assisted tool for drafting international business correspondence for infrastructure, EPC, and trade contexts. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

We provide a web application that generates draft letters based on your inputs (purpose, keywords, languages, region context, tone, etc.). Output is assistive only: you are responsible for reviewing, adapting, and using it in compliance with your contracts, laws, and professional standards.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must have a valid account (via Clerk) to generate content beyond any free allowance we offer. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your credentials secure.

3. Free quota and paid plans

  • New accounts may receive a limited number of free generations (e.g. three). When exhausted, continued use requires a paid subscription.
  • Paid plans (monthly or annual, prices shown on the subscription page) are billed through PayPal. Features and limits are those described at the time of purchase.
  • We may change pricing or plan structure for new purchases with reasonable notice; existing prepaid periods typically continue under the terms in effect at purchase unless stated otherwise.

4. Acceptable use

  • Do not use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, harassing, or deceptive activity.
  • Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, overload, or abuse the API or infrastructure.
  • Do not submit highly sensitive personal data unless you accept the risk; the Service is designed for business correspondence, not for processing special categories of personal data at scale.

5. AI output disclaimer

AI-generated text may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for a particular jurisdiction or transaction. The Service does not provide legal, tax, or financial advice. You must verify facts, citations, and legal effect before relying on any draft.

6. Intellectual property

We retain rights in the software, branding, and materials we provide. Subject to these Terms, you may use the output you generate for your business purposes. You represent that your inputs do not infringe third-party rights.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service or reliance on AI output.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or risk to the Service or other users. You may stop using the Service at any time; refund rules are described in our Refund Policy.

9. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator of the Service, excluding conflict-of-law rules that would apply another jurisdiction’s laws. Disputes should first be addressed through the contact channel on our Contact page.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by law.
