Privacy Policy

Effective: April 3, 2026

This policy describes how Ailetter (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use GlobalBiz Drafter (the “Service”) at ailetter.cc and related pages. By using the Service, you agree to this policy.

1. What we collect

  • Account data: when you sign in with Clerk, we receive identifiers such as your user ID and basic profile information needed to run your account.
  • Usage and subscription data: we store generation quotas, subscription status, and billing-related records processed through PayPal (e.g. plan type, renewal period) as required to provide paid access.
  • Content you submit: text you enter to generate business correspondence is sent to our servers and to the AI provider (Google Gemini) solely to produce your requested output. We do not use your inputs to train public models.
  • Technical data: standard server logs may include IP address, browser type, and timestamps for security and reliability.

2. How we use information

  • To authenticate you, enforce free and paid limits, and deliver the Service.
  • To process subscriptions and communicate about your account when necessary.
  • To improve reliability, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

3. Third-party services

The Service relies on Clerk (authentication), Supabase (database), PayPal (payments), and Google Gemini (AI generation). Each provider processes data under their own terms and privacy policies. We recommend reviewing those documents if you need detail beyond this summary.

4. Retention and security

We retain account and subscription records as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for legal and accounting needs. We apply industry-standard safeguards; no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

5. Your choices

  • You may access or update certain profile information through your Clerk account settings.
  • You may contact us to ask about data we hold about you or to request deletion where applicable, subject to legal retention requirements.

6. International users

The Service is aimed at global business users. Data may be processed in countries where our infrastructure or subprocessors operate. By using the Service, you understand that cross-border transfers may occur.

7. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date where practicable.
