Refund Policy

1. Nature of the product

You are purchasing digital access to AI-assisted letter generation for your account for the subscribed period (monthly or annual). Delivery is immediate upon successful payment and account activation.

2. Free trial / free quota

We may offer a limited number of free generations before payment. No refund applies to free usage. Please evaluate the Service during the free allowance when possible.

3. Subscription refunds

• If you believe you were charged in error (duplicate charge, wrong account), contact us within 14 days of the charge with your PayPal transaction ID and account email. We will investigate and, if appropriate, coordinate a refund or correction with PayPal.
• For subscription renewals: if you intended to cancel, cancel before the renewal date in your PayPal subscription settings. We generally do not refund renewal periods that have already started unless required by law or at our discretion for clear billing errors.
• If the Service is unavailable for an extended period due to our fault, we may extend your paid access or offer a partial refund at our reasonable discretion after you contact us.

4. What we typically do not refund

• Dissatisfaction with AI output style or wording, where the Service has functioned as described — you are expected to edit drafts for your needs.
• Failure to cancel before a renewal if you no longer wish to continue.
• Loss of access due to violation of our Terms of Service or abuse.

5. How to request help

Email the address on our Contact page with your registered email, user ID if available, and a short description. We aim to respond within several business days.

6. PayPal

Payments are subject to PayPal’s buyer and seller policies. Where our policy and PayPal’s rules differ, the stricter or mandatory consumer protection rule may apply in your region.
